  • AI-powered tools for world-building, storytelling, and content generation
  • Creative production workflows and collaboration tools
  • Studio services, including development, production, and partnerships

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

5. User Content

a. Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or create ("User Content"), subject to these Terms.

b. License to Mixio Studio

You grant Mixio Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Host, store, process, and display your content
  • Operate and improve the Services
  • Enable collaboration and project workflows

c. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:

  • You have the rights to use and upload it
  • It does not infringe on third-party rights
  • It complies with applicable laws

6. Generated Content

Content generated using Mixio Studio tools ("Generated Content"):

  • May be used by you for personal or commercial purposes, subject to your subscription or agreement
  • Is not guaranteed to be unique or free from third-party claims
  • May be similar to outputs generated for other users

You are responsible for reviewing and using Generated Content appropriately.

7. AI Usage and Limitations

Mixio Studio uses generative AI systems.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results
  • The system may evolve over time
  • You should not rely solely on outputs for critical decisions

We may implement safeguards, moderation, or usage limits.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mixio Studio to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Create or distribute malware or exploit systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract models or datasets
  • Compete directly with Mixio Studio by replicating the platform

We reserve the right to investigate and take action.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase paid Services:

  • Fees are billed in advance (subscription or usage-based)
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

10. Studio and Partnership Projects

If you engage with Mixio Studio production services:

  • Additional agreements may apply
  • Revenue share, ownership, and distribution terms will be defined separately
  • Mixio Studio may participate as a creative, technical, or production partner

In case of conflict, project-specific agreements override these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Mixio Studio and its Services, including software, models, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our technology
  • Use our brand without permission

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
